Rosa Parks Middle School students created twenty-five happy, animated marine themed ceiling tiles for the hallway in Holy Cross Hospital's Pediatric Center, to bring smiles and comfort to the young patients, their families and the pediatric staff.

Montgomery Blair High School students participated in two projects for MedStar Montgomery Medical Center. Students created vibrant ‘things that fly’ themed paintings for the Intermediate Care Unit, and color photographs and large paintings of nature scenes for the ICU Bridge Area. For the waiting area by an elevator connecting to Physicians’ Offices for Cardiology and Maternal Newborn, students created a beautiful large painting and black & white photographs of inter-generational images.
Neelsville Middle School students created vibrant and whimsical marine themed ceiling tiles and paintings for the Pediatric Emergency Department in MedStar Montgomery Medical Center.
Students from Phelps Architecture, Construction and Engineering High School participated in a Youth Art For Healing project for the National Rehabilitation Hospital. The students created 22 beautiful paintings of nature scenes that will soon be installed in patients’ rooms.

Woodrow Wilson High School students engaged in creating their colorful and uplifting paintings for the National Rehabilitation Hospital.
We are thrilled to be partnering with some phenomenal healthcare facilities and schools within the area for the upcoming year. We cannot wait to bring our students artwork to their walls and share with all of you the joys of our hard work. Throughout this process we will be brining you stories, photos, videos, and updates from our students, hospital workers, and patients.
